Ken Kratz

I have been watching the coverage about the Calumet county now-former district attorney Ken Kratz. On all the coverage they keep showing Atty Robert Bellin saying Mr. Ken Kratz did not violate the law.

Well I came accross the following statue that shows this man did violate the law.

Wis. Stat. § 947.0125. Unlawful use of computerized communication systems. (1995)
(1)   In this section, "message" means any transfer of signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, data or intelligence of any nature, or any transfer of a computer program, as defined in s. 943.70 (1) (c)
(2)   Whoever does any of the following is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor:
With intent to frighten, intimidate, threaten or abuse another person, sends a message on an electronic mail or other computerized communication system with the reasonable expectation that the person will receive the message and in that message uses any obscene, lewd or profane language or suggests any lewd or lascivious act.

I belive that Mr. Kratz would have saught these charges agianst others, so why is he not being charged? It is sad that he could only face a class B Misdermeanor. I think this man should be a Registered Sexual Offender. This man sexualy assaulted these women and revictimized them. It is just sad that the law never is used to protect people when you are a public official. Speak out and ask lots of questions on this matter, you know they would be charging you for this type of action!
